The Team

In 1986 PRO-DESIGN was founded.
PRO-DESIGN is considered a pioneer in paragliding and can look back at almost twenty years of experience and development work: PRO-DESIGN invented special construction techniques and ideas, which have become standards in today's paraglider development field. Since the beginning of the paragliding sport PRO-DESIGN is setting standards in manufacturing techniques, highes quality and strict safety tests for best products.

		Herbert Hofbauer The company's "heart" and "brain", responsible for management, communication, coordination of production and sales, as well as marketing. Pilot for hanggliders since 1975, for paragliders since 1986, for Ultralights since 1999, for PPL and Planes since 2004
		Alexandre Paux und Herbert Hofbauer The new development team. Since 1988 Alexandre is our partner in switzerland. In 1991 he started drawing gliders for PRO-DESIGN, and since 2004 he is our main developper for gliders.
		Carmen Hofbauer First person to contact. Responsible for providing information, communication, sales coordination and shipping, office work and financial matters.
		Jay Glasson Our new female pilot on the road with her mobile test center vehicle to serve you with demo gliders
		Florian Pletzenauer Sales agent and customer service, test flying with customers, pilot since 2001
		Bruno Lehner Our new sales agent for the german-speaking markets. Qualified in sales, experienced in the industry, pilot since 1991.
		Jürgen Stock Test pilot and competition pilot, supporting developments and product analysis.
		Heike Brandt Our female test pilot is also experienced in checks and helps in our workshop.
		Martin Maar Simply the best with repairs and special productions.
		Richard Grasl Helps out whenever needed in our workshop and with checks.
